Q: Why are the properties discounted so much on this site? Wouldn’t you just keep the best deals for yourself?
A: You’ll find properties on this site discounted anywhere from 10-30% because of our diligent, proprietary marketing systems that get in touch with home owners who need to sell their property for any number of reasons. Often times they may be facing foreclosure and our company can help them out by negotiating with their bank and buying their house quickly for cash… which is a win-win. Then, we pass the discount along to you. So the whole process starts by our ability to help a home owner in need — we solve their problem first and then help solve yours – getting a property at a great deal.
Q: How are the properties on this site different from ones I’d find on the MLS?
A: Some of the properties you’ll find on our site won’t see the light of day on the MLS. MLS stands for “Multiple Listing Service” and it’s the place where real estate agents list their properties for sale. We work directly with the home owners because we can help solve their property problem more quickly and easily than if they were to put it on the MLS with an agent. They’re still the types of properties you’re familiar with – single family homes, townhouses, and condos – but they’re our off-market inventory.
Q: Can I use bank financing to buy these properties?
A: It depends – we prefer to work with cash buyers because they can buy quickly and without much (if any) “red tape” that can hold up closings. However, if you’re pre-approved with a lender and can close relatively quickly, then we’d certainly be open to it. Q: How do I make an offer on a property?
A: Simple, head over to our Contact Us page and send us an email or give us a call. If you see a property, then it’s best to contact us right away since we work on a first come, first serve basis, as long as you’re able to close.

A: Usually every month. We’re marketing for new properties to this site on a continual basis. So, check back often as our properties tend to sell very very quickly.
Q: Do you charge any fees to buy or sell a home?
A: Not at all. We don’t charge home owners any fees to help them find a solution – no agent fees and no closing fees. We purchase properties at win-win prices. When you buy a property from us (whether it’s an investment or your personal home) we buy the property at a sizable discount, add on our property acquisition fee (and renovation fee if we’re fixing it up) which is our profit for finding and negotiating the deal, and then you pay a still discounted price. A win-win for all.
